Fantastic quality and customer service.
The customer service at Intacte was fantastic. My order encountered an error, for some reason it was stuck in "cyberspace" without my knowledge as the order stated it would be delivered at a certain date. I even paid extra for express shipping. I contacted the company upon not receiving the order and they fixed it right away, refunded me the shipping fee and more. The hair is amazing, very good quality. My stylist mentioned that this hair is the best quality hair I;ve brought her thus far and I am quite the hair extension connaisseur as I have been wearing them on and off for 17 years. The only negative thing I have to bring up is the extra $200 I had to pay in duty which I was not aware of. So, if you are ordering from outside of the US, be ready to fork out $$ for duty. Other than that, I am very satisfied and highly recommend this hair.
