No complaints, at all.
I've been with InsureOne since they took over my previous agency. I have never had an issue. Staff is friendly, polite and the best at what they do. Sylvia is a rock star! She is always looking for the best coverage, policies and carriers for me, personally.

I got insurance through insureone and…
I got insurance through insureone and they told me Over the phone they would cancel my previous car insurance. I got charged months later and called my previous insurance and they informed me it was never cancelled. I have email follow ups that got ignored
