I will never buy insurance again! I called to have my phone replaced because the battery would not hold a charge and they wanted to charge me over 100.00 and put a 900.00 hold on my account until the old phone was returned to them. This is utter BS!!!

Terrible customer service. Im in the UK but the call centre is in the US. Apart from the first customer service point you have no options to escalate your claim. You can't speak to anyone its always we will get back to you. My daughter had her phone stolen over 3 weeks ago. You would think between Apple and AIG 2 major companies this would be a simple process but its a joke! I still don't have an answer from them so this review may get much much worse!!
