My first experience with Insurance Masters that impressed me was the fact that upon applying online for a posted position, I received an actual phone call from someone to set up an interview. In a world that has gone towards digital everything, I loved that it was an actual 'person' that I was communicating with! Now after working a year with the company, I see that the 'personal touch' of speaking with a person is valued and expected.
