I love Insulin IQ. Their wealth of knowledge and experience is impressive but the best part is how accessible and friendly everyone there is, right from Dr. Bikman, through all the coaches right to their tech staff. As a moderator, Jack is so easy to reach and talk to. The IIQ Hangouts even further that feeling of inclusiveness and accessibility. The weekly podcasts and Metabolic Classrooms are a must for me. I feel that if you're going to do something you need to find out as much about it as possible because as the saying goes...."When you know better, you do better".

I love InsulinIQ! I subscribed to the program because of Dr. Bikman but stayed for all the useful content they have on the website which are well-researched and science-based. Carlie Wendell as a coach was very supportive and knowledgeable and I love that she is open to new informations and ideas. I love her calm and her ability to sit back and listen. Listening to “Hang-out” episodes make you feel like you’re part of a big, supportive health family! Learned so much from the team and also other clients’ experiences.
