Not always in stock like their name implies.
When things are actually in stock I've had no problems. Packed well, shipped within a week and arrived as expected. The problem is there's no way to tell what is in stock or not. When I unknowingly order something that's backordered my order has taken up to a month to get to me. I don't like waiting that long when I can just get the same item a lot faster somewhere else. If they would show on their website what's in stock they could start living up to their name.
