Saw an advert on Facebook about the games, downloaded, verified account and deposited £20, which they gave me an extra £20 as first deposit. Only deleted the app as I have a very addictive personality and would keep playing till I lost all my money. Overall a good game app.

I first played this on Saturday evening after an ad popped up on socials. I deposited £40, got a further £40 bonus, and quickly won £1300. Had to jump through a few hoops in terms of verifying my account, but did this and it was verified quickly. I was very cynical about the money actually landing in my bank and especially after reading so many negative reviews online. But low and behold, yesterday afternoon (Monday), £1300 was paid into my account. Today Ive deposited £100 and have withdrawn a further £600. Bear in mind, if playing with the bonus, the wager has to be cleared before withdrawing- but I had no problems with this. I appreciate that many other UK players have clearly had bad experiences, but I can vouch for the site as my experience has been nothing but positive. The support team were also great when I had some questions. 5 stars from me :)

Been using this casino for about a year from the UK. Not had too many major issues except from the customer service being terrible. Withdrawals are done somewhat quickly, however the payments team will use regular tactics of delaying your withdrawal if you have a history of cancelling them. As they do not batch process withdrawals and do them one by one. I am leaving this review as for the first time I have been outright robbed. Nothing like this has ever happened before. As soon as I mention 🇵🇸 my funds start missing from my account. I won two spins on roulette that were not paid out. I thought it was just a delay as it usually corrects itself. I was told to clear cookies etc and wait which i did. Still nothing. So they said they will contact the gaming provider. They also said they cannot tell me the gaming provider, as if its not there for all to see (pragmatic). This raised alarms to me and has me thinking maybe it is not pragmatic and that is just a white label provider. I explained the times of the win, the balance at the time, and the amount etc. They said they will get back to me as soon as they get a response. 3 days later I get a response saying. " the provider has checked history and says it landed on number 26". Okay but it didn't, It landed on a number I covered. Which wasn't 26 which I saw with my own eyes. Like I said this happened TWICE. So it wasn't just a mistake on my part. Again like i said after mentioning Palestine. I have no faith in InstaSpin in resolving this as their gaming commission is based in Comoros (Anjouan gaming authority) which if you do a quick search, you will see that literally ANYONE with money can open a casino with that authority. They don't have a complaints email or even a legit website that doesn't look like it was made by a school kid.
