Easy to use tool for the non-tech-savvy marketers

I've played around with many website/landing page builder platforms, and Instapage is one of the easiest to use. If you have your content together, have selected a template, and purchased a domain, it shouldn't take you more than a few hours to get your page up and running. The pricing is also very reasonable for this type of platform compared to competing options. The main issues I have with Instapage are: 1) Not enough new features. I've only seen a couple minor updates since becoming a customer 6 months ago. I would like to see a more aggressive roll out schedule of new tools so I can keep my landing page competitive. 2) Knowledge base is lacking - it would be nice to have a more robust knowledge base to find answers and information on all of the available features. In many instances, my search results will come up empty and when I do find information, oftentimes it's pretty minimal. 3) Support is OK, but not the best. As a premium member (top paying tier), I am supposed to have access to phone support. On the 2 occasions that I've called in during business hours, I've gotten the "support is unavailable" greeting and have to leave a message to call me back. It's not till the next day that I hear back from someone and we end up playing phone tag. When opening up an email ticket, response is typically in 12-24 hours and oftentimes it requires some back and forth to clarify the issue and resolve. One thing I just learned today is that if Instapage goes down, they won't alert you that there's an issue or inform you that it's been fixed, unless you happen to catch it on your own and reach out to their support. I would expect a leading landing page platform like Instapage to do a better job communicating downtime to its customer base, either via email, through its dashboard/editor, on its Twitter feed, Facebook page, or preferably all of the above.

We looked at a lot of landing page providers before we settled with Instapage and we've been happy with our choice. Instapage provides a powerful, flexible and responsive platform for your start-up. Designing your page is easy and it always looks great, no matter which device it is viewed on. We had a few bugs along the way, but Tyson and the team got on to it fast so we like that there is someone at the end of the email if something needs fixing. Link all this with useful, easy-to-understand metrics and great pricing compared with any rivals, we are happy to recommend Instapage to anyone.

We began using Instapage almost a year ago and they have made so many changes over the last year that has helped us develop landing pages that meet our needs and has helped us generate thousands of leads for our real estate & mortgage coaching company. Although we had some technical problems for a short time period, they have made it their #1 priority to fix the problems and make it even easier for us to develop landing pages. Instapage offers integrations with GoTo Webinar that has helped us develop landing pages that get us way more webinar sign-ups than GoTo Webinar's registration pages. Affordable, simple, & great customer service!

Overall great product with an AMAZING customer service. Their only problem is that if you are not using an 'average' download page, but something more sophisticated, you'll need help from a professional developer so if you don't have a technology background you'll find it difficult to implement.

I really enjoyed using Instapage, and was grateful that the service incorporated A/B testing and an inbox for form submissions. I enjoyed the interface used to design landing pages, although it's obviously not quite as smooth an experience as using tools developed solely for design. I'd be happy to recommend Instapage to others.

I find Instapage good and stable and very well suited for lead generation requirements. Just a feedback, if it can somehow control duplicate entries for the same form...
