unacceptable service. The landing pages are all down and i cant access them because they have a bug horrible service

Instapage was great up until they tried forcing me to pay $2,000 a month to upgrade to their Enterprise plan. I was already a customer paying $200 a month for nearly 2 years, they told me since I was exceeding their 200k visitor limit I needed to upgrade to their Enterprise plan in order to keep my pages. I decided that was too much and went with another page builder, after I told them I wouldn't upgrade they immediately closed my account. I can't recommend them anymore- it seems as they are a very unethical company

We started the transition to the new pricing structure over 1 year ago so that customers would have ample time to prepare for the new price or find an alternative. Our Enterprise plans are quite customizable as we want them to be a fit for you to grow and expand along with us. They unpublished our landing pages a day before the free trail ends. As it was a business hour we were able to quickly act and resolve the issue All our ads were disapproved on Adwords, other platform's it's gone waste Absolutely rubbish service

It was good until they doubled the price with customer service not taking responsibility and not bothering to give a straight answer. it was $350 a year and now it is $828 if you pay in advance with the cheapest option which they are forcing everyone to do, I will go elsewhere I still have 6 months left and now I can't even get my pages to work avoid avoid avoid

While we certainly understand the frustration of prices going up, we took that into consideration and found that the value that most customers were seeing from both increases in leads becoming customers and lowered advertising costs was quickly offsetting the new prices thanks to the functionality, features, and continual backend improvements brought to you over the past few years. If you decide to leave when your subscription is up, we wish you nothing but the best in all your marketing and advertising campaigns.

There is no easy way to export your pages when you stop using their platform. So better think twice before investing in such a platform. In addition the prices increase every year with your old plan not maintained (you're forced to upgrade). I hope this comment won't get deleted as the one I posted on their forum disappeared.

Hello Osamu, as a company we decided there were more important features to maintain than the export tool, which was rarely used. We understand the frustration this might cause in a select few cases, but we allow users to cancel subscriptions at any time for any reason. I have problem with a fake promo code and after telling them all the info about the website that use their name, they told me that they can't do anything for me. I think that a customer service take care of theire customer always and when a customer helps a company to identify website that use their name in an inappriopate way...they have to be happy and reward the customer. This not happen and I don't like this approach

To cancel your account you have to send an email to their helpdesk. Apparently it was really really hard to add a cancellation button. Only scammers and magazine publishers do not have this function. And as others have mentioned, mobile pages are a pain in the *** to get right.

Instapage is not so instant. I use their templates to build landing pages and it's great if you want to move everything exactly where you want it in Desktop and Mobile, but it creates a huge hassle when it comes to generating the mobile view from desktop even after you are finished. I find that even if I duplicate a perfectly good landing page and add an extra line of text it will completely throw off the mobile view and take me an hour to rearrange it. I am talking about how check marks to be used as bullet points don't line up, and how a row of 5 stars doesnt regenerate right. I have tried through grouping system and that barely works as well. It just is overall very slow and clunky to rearrange things. I talked with tech support multiple times and they claim that there is no system that can do it. I beg to differ as I know that when I work with website building sites I can drag things around in flexible blocks and it auto generates in mobile. Other problems I have had over the past 4 months are slow interface, slow undo button, when typing a sentence shortcut hotlinks are triggered, and other things that delays the time to build a page. If you want a landing page builder that is similar to taking sticky notes and placing them on a piece of paper then this is the company to use. But if you want something that looks nice, and will flex from desktop to mobile easily... look elsewhere.
