InstapageReviews of instapage.com

Instapage is a very user friendly site to create webpages, most in under a day. I was able to create a landing page almost instantly. The tools are very easy and I was able to pick them up quickly. It doesn't require too much training to get started with Instapage, and once you've learned how to make one page, you can create any webpage you want. Nothing I know beats the user experience of this site. Although they have some bugs with images, their support is very friendly and will be glad to help you with your troubles. Unlike other companies, they don't make you talk to a bot for 10 minutes, leaving you frustrated with the product. They put you on a very short queue, then lead you directly to a human, something I value in a company.

Great service, but overpriced for 200.000 visitors/mo

Hello! Couple of things I'd like to comment. 1. Customer support is top of the line. I spoke with John and he was 100% helpful in addressing my problems and finding a solution. He quickly found a correct answer and it was clear that supported himself with other people at Instapage. 2. There are product features that could be a lot better. For instance: having to contact customer support for retrieving pages after trial expiration is a bad experience. Another example: I used my personal account to try out Instapage, but I linked my company's domain. When the trial expired, I made another account with my corporate email (cause I found value in Instapage and wanted to formalize) but couldn't publish cause the domain was "in use by another Instapage user". When I logged back with my personal email, I couldn't unlink the domain. I had to contact customer support... Hope this helps! Regards, Luis

Great platform. I'm just a little annoyed at the price hike. Excluding the smaller companies from using it.

Great online editor, but room for improvement: + amazing wysiwyg editor + good hosting + https + help desk is reactive and pleasent - Https is supported but no redirect http to https - No sitemap - We add a bug that added link to images. Add to add and remove link on all images Hopefully, the problem will be fixed

Great tool! Easy to use interface and great support.

Instapage is great! Some of the new BLOCKS need to be explained better! To help us over 39 understand just how to make it work. It is not intuitive, but with all new things it will become normal. I suggest that you post a u-tube video and have on line support for making this new block -- an added plus -- more understandable. Overall the system is GREAT! thanks, MB

Instapage is fantastic. To make it great for me, I would like a deeper integration with Active Campaign. Example: when a user complete a form on Instapage, it goes directly on Active Campaign but it's only possibile to make it subscribe to a list. I would like to have the possibility to add a tag or an Active Campaign cookie.
