When we first called, we were leery about trusting this company with all our personal information, but Jace Rutherford was very informative. He gave us information about the company and how they work. We did our own research of the company. They did excellent in communicating with us. We did have a small problem when the IRS said that they could not verify our income or the taxes I paid through my employer. I called Sam Trotter, who was our case manager and he asked me to send him copies of the letters that we got from the IRS. I emailed them to him and he took care of it, by re-sending the information along with the letter. Our case was done in just a few months and we were able to get some of our returns paid to us.
