Instant Tax SolutionsReviews of instanttaxsolutions.com

I first like to start by saying Instant tax solutions is a wonderful company with excellent staff. They explained every thing from the first call you do not feel rushed. First spoke with Glen who went over a lot of detail, and when you really don't understand taxes this can be frightening. The reason why Instant tax solutions was chosen was due to the fact the time was taken over the phone to explain the steps. You need to feel comfortable with your tax accounted. Mark is wonderful caring and always will get back to you. Mark's assistant Shane Marie is a sweetheart, she goes above to help in any way possible. I would recommend instant tax solutions to any body who is not sure which tax firm to choose. You will be always updated with everything. This is a company that really is there for you and cares. Remember taxes can be scary. When you want to sleep at night and get your problem taken care of this is the company I highly recommend.

Very knowledgeable and kind people to work with I highly recommend them to anyone.

You couldn’t ask for a better company to help with tax issues , very helpful staff , walk you through every step to a solution .

There are not enough words to express my gratitude for all that Instant Tax Solutions did for me and my family. For one base fee, they helped me to file 5 years worth of my late father's tax returns. After he died, I had no idea how to even begin the process. They completed and filed the multiple returns and then helped me appeal the many fines and interest that had accrued, saving me over $10,000. Then they helped me navigate the liens on my father's house and the eventual sale of that house, finally settling my father's debt once and for all. With kindness, professionalism, patience and competence, they helped me to navigate a very difficult and emotional process. I would recommend Instant Tax Solutions to anyone.

The IRS is like a slow moving military tank. They take quite some time to find you, but when they do, they are very powerful. To fight this tank and its tactics alone is suicide. Instant tax solutions not only shielded me, but defeated the all mighty tank. I could not have done this alone. Even with Instant Tax Solutions the IRS said no many times. Instant TaX Solutions said this is normal and put me at ease. Long story short, Instant Tax Solutions is the go to organization for your tax issues. I ended up paying pennies on the dollar.

Everyone I worked with at this company was kind and well educated on how to do their job. Impeccable attention to detail. The highest level of professionalism. This company is the REAL DEAL. My tax situation was frighting, Every step of the way they coached me on what to find to assist them in getting everything filed from a 10 year period. The resolution process and options were always clear and concise. I am still in shock that my offer was accepted only because of their help. Hire this company to get the relief needed!!!!!! They helped me eat the elephant one bite at a time. Very Satisfied Customer. Christine was the BEST:)

I was in a bad place with my taxes and Instant Tax Solutions helped me to breathe again. They were able to help me get rid of back taxes and start fresh. I cannot thank John Nelson, Shane Clift and especially Mark Murray who kept the communication open and going. If any of you are in a bind please call them and do not hesitate.
