They stole my money and when I asked to get set up I got a message from George saying sure, you sent eth right? N that’s the first and last message I got from them ever! I sent pictures of confirmed eth sent and everything. They just ignore me!

I originally purchased a contract in April. APRIL. After months of being told one excuse after another, I still do not have a refund, NOR a working contract. I have called, sent email, whatsapp, telegram, etc. without any response. In fact, they just ignore messages now and they never even show read anymore. I have been told to be patient, but how many MONTHS does one need to be patient? I was told on June 5th, from George, to be patient. I think 30 days is MORE than patient.

This company is a fraud I've been waiting for my refund for almost 6 months. Since they have not set up my account wen I purchased the plan.... it is fake!!!! Do not trust it at all

ICM is the biggest scam and these 5 start reviews are all fake they are from George and his so call team do not believe the positive reviews because they are fake!!!! ICM will steal your money and run and give you the run around and you will never see your money again!! I had to contact the FBI and filed a scam report and the FBI even said this company is a scam so again do not sign up with them. I bought a $499 contract almost 5 months ago with Bitcoin and never received my contract, It took me almost a month for George with ICM to reach out and promised me a full refund (of course I never got it) but all he did was lie and give me the run around so I reported them to to general attorney and the FBI so hopefully the feds can shut them down so they do not scam anyone else. I just hope not only my experience but everyone else on here who you clearly see got scammed as well will keep you away from losing your money.. All ICM had to do was just fix the issue and refund people back but of course a scammer will never do what’s right. So just patiently waiting to here back from the FBI, So everyone else who got scammed please go online a report them to the FBI so we can shut ICM down!!

Yet another scam site. Absolutely no communication via phone, text, WhatsApp, or tickets for 3 days. Believe me, I have tried. They will take your money and never communicate. That has been my experience so far. If I could leave a zero out of 5 stars I would. Sooooo disappointed.

They never activated my contract. They are fraud person running website not a company. There is no way to contact them. They post here positive rating by there selves not by individual person. They have collected all our hard earned money and thinking they can be safe but you are not safe from the eye of God. You thief go to hell. Now what you say? I am customer of your's or not?

Dear Sameer, Why are your second account Sameer Chand located in the US and your first one paradise1 in Nepal ? If you're paradise1, you used a VPN to change your IP, this may be the reason why your account has been restricted. This explains why you have not been activated. We are very strict in this matter, the good news is that you can have this restriction lifted but the only way to do so is to be cooperative with us. 5/12 still have not been contacted, account still not active, still have gotten no response other than on trustpilot. refund me please rippinitup01 @ gmail 4/30 you say you have contacted me. but that is false! i have yet to be contacted about my issue , still account is not active. already left 1 bad review becuase i purchased on 4/13 and still not active. wrote a 1 star review saying this and that it had be 4+ days no call answer and no email back. but i got immediate response from the review. answered there questions and contacted the whatsapp as they told me too and recieved no response there either. i have got NO response other than this trustpilot response. which still only led me to other contacts they still dont respond to. answer to icm response. smh your reply is LITERALLY a copy and paste of the reply to my first bad review.

During the maintenance we've recorded a number of orders we've ever think it was possible. Now new customers are activated instantly thanks to the maintenance update. Everyone bought in the same time frame, we weren't expecting that huge success. So we had to make a server maintenance to mostly optimize our servers for larger amount of orders. It is due to our verification & delivery side of our servers. Everytime someone orders, there is a verification and delivery ongoing. As we've got a lot of order in the meantime, our servers completely crashed (not talking about web or app servers). If you need dedicated help, better contact us through WhatsApp and Telegram because it is more direct. Emails tends to take up to days to be processed!
