I had a flash sale alert of $100 dollars off of a basic mining contract. I purchased the contract with Bitcoin by following there step by step video and tutorial to make sure I got it right and when I paid the $179 it wasn’t put in my wallet it was put in ICM tm Bitcoin wallet instead of my wallet 1 that was supposed to be activated right after purchase. It didn’t activate my wallet it was put in ICM wallet from there I tried calling all the numbers threw all social media accounts filled out multiple tickets on the website emailed texted them again on all numbers I could find showed them where the money went on the blockchain proof that it didn’t allow me to put it in my wallet but only there wallet when I showed I believe it’s George the guy I got 1 email back from asking for proof of my claim he never would message me back or answer a text call absolutely nothing no refund no error correction no reply’s at all they say they have 14 day full refund policy I filed for it still nothing and it’s been over a month now of me trying to get help from anyone with the site and my account is still disabled and no refund or anybody reaching back out to me other than 1 email. I waited this long thinking maybe they were backed up or busy or something but no they have flat out ignored me so I guess they forced me to leave a negative remark and this wasn’t my intention at all just wanted to try and do some mining seen a lot of good reviews so I thought they were a reputable company they may be but not to me I guess so I hope someone was able to get my money and have a good time cuz I surely have not

This company is a SCAM. Please do not trust them. They will take your money and never give you access to mining. RUN THE OTHER WAY. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

I received an email from your CEO George with a discounted offer on a contract, so I proceeded to buy the contract. Clinked the link, signed in, followed the instructions given to send Bitcoin as payment to the address provided by your website and after waiting for confirmation on the blockchain, which I have proof of sending, it just stayed on the payment page saying "waiting for payment". I have tried multiple avenues of trying to communicate with these people but NOTHING, NO REPLY. I am extremely disappointed because I was really looking forward to give this a shoot but now I am believing this company is scamming me and many others, may have to report to cryptowatchdog if I am met with only silence and having my $199 in Bitcoin stolen from me. ICM if you read this please reply back to my emails I sent to you and help me remedy this situation caused by what I only hope was a back end software problem on your website.

I have yet to get instant cloud mining to respond to anything that I try to make contact with him through. They keep giving the excuses that there updating their platform they keep telling me that if I purchase the 2 year contract ultimate contract that they will activate me instantly but I purchased my ultimate 1 year contract on January 29th and still have yet to be activated or contacted. I have tried to make contact with them numerous times and they refused to contact me back they just keep sending me a automatic message saying they are updating the app and I will be activated soon their website says activation is immediate That is a lie it is not immediate activation. ACTIVATE MY ACCOUNT OR RETURN MY $3517. I would never purchase from ICM if I could go back to Jan. 28th. 4/29 George finally responded to my whatsapp message. He stated I will be activated by Monday at latest or I would get a FULL refund to my bitcoin account. I hope to be activated but would be happy getting my bitcoin back, even though I will receive less bitcoin than I paid due to inflation of bitcoin. At least someone (ICM) made money on my bitcoin the last 3 months. I will keep posting as I get updates and I hope to respond with a positive statement soon. 5/12/2021 George has not responded back, no ICM response at all now. They once again lied about getting my (ultimate 1 year) paid contract fulfilled. I still have no access and I am once again just trying to get a response from Instant Cloud Mining.
