I strongly recommend conducting extensive independent research before doing business with this company. In my experience, numerous serious red flags were encountered, including concerns about the company’s publishing claims (no affiliated ISBN’s), online presence, reviews, and the lack of readily verifiable information about its personnel and published works(pictures on website of “cover art” are clearly ai slop). Also their payment charges do not match their company name. I also found the company’s (using the word company very generously here) online reviews and promotional materials concerning because many appeared unusually generic or similar (AI/bots), and I was unable to independently verify many of the claims made about the company. Like that they are legitimate or that complaints about them are about someone else “pretending” to be them. IBP aggressively attempts to take down any negative reviews as well as generating their own reviews and interactions, you can see their social media pages like FB for more examples of this. So expect them to “report” this review as well as any others in order to keep their synthetic ones up and affecting their reputation scores. Shady. So shady.
