Hello, We write you on email and you still didn`t answered. Please get in touch with us asap and we will check and refill. We have standart drop rate of arounf 5-7% and every time refill if the clients have a drop. And even deliver more. We deliver high-quality followers via the advertising and as it is people they can unfollow you by many reasons - content, private account, no posts. So theire are many reasons of a drop. We are a trusted company and many clients are happy with our services and support. All our followers packages have a refill guarantee. So for us doen`t make sence not deliver you your followers. And we always refill. UPDATED: you have a specific content (healthcare account) - we deliver generic followers via the advertising - not niche specific. That is why people as well can unfollow. Also past 3 month from your purshase and sure some people can unfollow you by many reasons as we described above. But anyway we keep our guarantee and refill any drop for all customers. As we see you should already get all followers and likes and even more. So we once again sorry for misunderstanding that happened and hope now you are happy with the provided service.
