I got signed up to instagc.com some months ago but i couldn't use it because they require a verified paypal account. After three or four months i verified my paypal account wich isn't a big deal.And remembered that i had an account on instagc.com but surprisingly found that i can't log in.I didn't even contact them because i understood this site is a joke.

Limbo ban - can't withdraw funds. Been with instagc for over 3 years. They were ok to begin with, then 14 months ago I made a comment about a survey not crediting and I got banned from the chat for over 9 months. I have recently had a number of surveys reversed on me I mentioned this in chat and everyone told me not to complain but I did. That is when my account got locked. Instagc hate complaints. What a reversal means is that I had been completed the surveys, been paid for the surveys then instagc had decided in their wisdom to reverse them. Why - I'll never know because they won't tell me. My account is locked so I can't use chat - again - and I can't withdraw my earnings. I can take surveys, and added to my account but theres not much point if I can never have access to my funds which is close now to $75. Asked repeatedly for access to my funds which I've accepted looks like will never happen. I've generally done 50 - 60 surveys a day for the last 3 years and generally only 2-4 a day actually track, the rest get disqualified at between 1-100% so really gobsmacked that they have taken reversed surveys that have been completed and been paid out. Really disappointed at instagc and can't see any point in anyone using them. If they can do this to me they will do it toy you. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion and mine is stay away from instagc, use other sites like swagbucks, prolific and qmee. Yes I'm recommending Swagbucks over instagc, thats how bad they are! I'll get this in first, I think this is fraudulent on their part.

This company doesn't want to pay for your labor or data. Constantly holding up my money when I cash out. I always have to file a ticket to get paid, this is ridiculous.

Very bad customer service that will try anything and everything to not give you the money you earn. Spent a week back and forth with them asking me the same questions but worded differently. Eventually they asked for pictures of my driving licence. I feel this is very unnecessary and another way of them making money from me. Huge con and waste of time. Update: yeah I'm sure you decide everyone provided false informationand need photo ID. As I have said all week I never provided any false information while answering serveys. Why not ask for ID on day one? Why stall the process for a week then ask because you do not trust me? Lying is a bad business model. Very glad I tried to claim my reward as soon as possible and caught you out early. Another update: I was the one who asked for my account to be removed not deactivatd when you started asking for pictures. Please fully delete my account and all information I will not be using your site again. More likely I don't feel comfortable giving pictures of my driving licence to a dodgy online company. But sure whatever helps you sleep better at night coning people. Like I said please completely remove my account and all details. You should be good at that by now. Every cloud as they say.

It took entirely too long to receive in my bank account. Before yku started this we submitted our reward and it went straight to our bank account. Now it takes days to get. Very un liking
