One of my favorite survey websites. Hustle-free and fast processing of rewards. There is a lot of ways to earn points, you just have to be really patient and always check the website. The support team is pretty awesome as well because they usually respond in a timely manner. I just wish you have an app!

Looks like your mobile provider gave you a new IP address to use that had been previously blocked in our system. We've fixed this for you now. You should be able to login and continue participating, redeeming, etc. If you continue to have issues, please submit a support ticket ( https://www.instagc.com/support/tickets ).

Great site and very useful, there are tons of different ways to make money, but god forbid you ask a question in the chat or have any sort of off topic discussion while "Cambree" is online. She is downright rude and disrespectful. She'll jump down your throat if you ask a general question and you can ALWAYS tell when you submit a support ticket and she is the one to respond (even though they never give names for who is responding to your support ticket) because there is always a snarky undertone or smarmy remark made in the response. Other than her, i give the site two thumbs up!! They just really need to do a better job of keeping attitudes of "mods" in check.

One of the best earning site! Better than swagbucks cause there is a lower cashout options! Online chat moderator. The only thing is they surveys can be glitchy.

Decent site and very consistent unlike many others. Not gonna get rich, but can do OK with little effort. Probably the only site I go on daily.

Before I could get my first payout, I was told I didn't have access to the gift card store and to get in touch with support to gain access. So I did. Then I was told to fill in my basic information in my profile, so I did. Then I recieved this; "To proceed with restoring your account, ID verification is necessary. As part of Terms (link), please carefully follow the directions below: -> Submit a valid drivers license or state-issued card - make sure name/address/birthdate are visible. -> ID must not be expired and address must be current. -> Place your ID on a piece of paper and hand-write today's date and your username. -> Attach the image/picture of the above (ID + username on paper) as you reply to this ticket. If needed, feel free to review our Privacy Policy (link). Also, please keep in mind that your Social Security Number (SSN) and Driver License Number (DLN) are not needed and will never be asked for. If either of these pieces of information are visible on your document, feel free to blur/hide them. Also feel free to blur out any picture or photo of yourself too. Once received, ID review generally concludes within 0-48 business hours, and then your account status will be updated via this ticket." Update: After posting this review they did get in touch to inform me that my account had been improperly flagged as possibly fraudulent and I am now able to access the gift card store and redeem my points.

No additional information is being requested. ID verification is used to validate and verify the information you have already provided to us (your name, address, birthdate). Other information can be blurred out if desired. If you have any questions, please see our above post where we previously linked you to our Privacy Policy, and Terms (which notify you of the possibility of ID verification), https://www.instagc.com/legal/terms.

My account was locked temporarily. But it was fixed very quickly.

Hi Khrystinah, sorry to hear you are having issues. Locking your account is the warning. Any account locks can have their account restored as long as the member is truthful and cooperates. What is your username so we can be sure you will be taken care of (if not yet already)? Thank you.
