Site had a good premise, you were able to cash out instantly and at low amounts starting from $1, I was able to earn points quite quickly which I was pleasantly surprised with. Then when I wanted to cash out, I was told that my account was barred from redeeming anything and that I should open a ticket. Support wanted an image of government ID which I was not comfortable with, and there went all my points and effort. Make sure you are comfortable with sharing ID with the site before signing up!

I've earned 210 points so far, roughly 2 dollars, in the span of around two hours. I could have earned a lot more if I weren't disqualified for 80 percent of the surveys I took. In conclusion, not worth your time.

i logged on my account after 4 years and suddenly saw from no where my points are negative and when is sent a support ticket the staff has put the ticket on hold and without responding that seems shameful. I requested the to reset the balance but they are not responding.

InstaGC is an ok site, they pay quickly and have instant paypal but I wouldn't recommend it. It's very hard to earn when you're in need or want to make some quick cash. The "freezing points", is okay with me because I understand they want to protect they platform from fraud. But waiting 2 months or longer for points is ridiculous. Especially when I have good offer history with no reversals. I did an 736 point offer on 1/9 and as of 3/16, its still on hold and I'm being told because they haven't got paid yet. Even paid my money for it and could provide proof. But any of my other offers they released with no problems after 14 days. Even offers under 225 points go on hold. I wouldn't recommend it, I had to close my account today with the 736 plus 183 points still frozen. I really think they should give people with good sufficient offer history more slack. There are better sites I use like superpay, prizerebel that are way better with no holds. But good luck everybody who join

Legitimate site, does pay fast. However it is not one of the highest paying sites out there. Plus some of the members are moderators favorites, in other words they are kiss-ups and can get away with murder compared to the rest of us where is if we say hi the wrong way if she is having a bad day "we're banned". Power hungry Mod aka Cambree, always on the chat vs all the other mods, should of kept Vic on your staff instead of her.

I must say that it is now a cool site. Majority of my issues were fixed. I think my only issue is not through them but an offer on the OfferToro wall. Thank you Instagc for correcting the mistakes. Update: After my $4 cashout I change my mind This site maybe ok if you only do offers but every survey is broken that I attempt. I cant give one star because I love the instant payout but I have to take another star because I have been stuck at 48 cent for almost a month. I dont watch videos. Im not about about watch all of that boring stuff for 1 or 2 cent and pray that they payout. Just not worth it to me. So I take back me saying its better than Swagbucks. Atleast 10% of SB surveys do work.

The instant part of receiving gift cards is awesome! After that, the site fails. Support consists of canned messages. Anytime a survey or some offer is completed and not credited, myself and other members have also told me they submit a support ticket only to be met with the same canned message which is within their main guidelines page. If you try to reply and say anything to elaborate and explain yourself further they give you a passive aggressive remark that is worded in a way as if it is helpful, making it even worse. 'Refusing to help you? How so? Please clarify.' Upsetting. No effort is ever made to actually help, only to "handle" you. It's set up so that if you get cheated out of credit, your out of luck. If you complain in chat, you get banned, you're not allowed to mention other website, i mean any website. You're not allowed to mention politics or complain in general, no swearing, certain words arent even allowed. You can't talk about the outside world in general, who are these people? When i started the site there we're a handful of members i saw in chat with the same basic name, family name i suppose, now gone. hmmm maybe they just changed their names. I also feel the site is family run and probably christian ( often narrow minded and intolerant to most people unknown or different to them in my experience and also the stupid situations I've had to endure on the site ) and just basically intolerant to accepting that humanity needs to be tolerant of others opinions and freedom of speech which is violated on this site by the way. Hence the banning from chat. If you mention anything that's going wrong in any way you get banned. Well other members have a right to know if something is crediting. Not worth someone's time. Ive quit the site because I've been ripped off of so much money ( points that i should've been awarded ) I should be reimbursed double what ive made over the time ive worked on the site. I'd noticed a few names in chat not appearing after a bit, here and there, and i wonder where is so and so? Well, either banned, quit or one first then the other lol

I signed up and the site seems ok but was very disappointed with the CrowdFlower. It is where you can do jobs like Amazon's Turk. I signed up to try it out but now can't get back in because I don't have a FB account to get back in. I did not see anywhere this was stated until I tried to get in to work. Now I can't even close the account with CrowdFlower. I don't have a FB account by choice. I use their competitor. Not impressed with those that assume everyone has FB. instaGC clearly promotes this site. While reviewing my instaGC account I can find no where to close it either.
