Their people are responsive but results seriously lacking
Their people are responsive, but the "standard" service does not actually provide anything of value. All I did was get dozens of calls from more marketing companies.

Dear Lisa, We apologize that your experience with us was less than satisfactory. Our primary role has always been to help small business owners with their online presence and this is why we have won numerous awards for excellence in customer service along with best sales practices this year. We are very transparent with each particular client and try to set the correct expectations right from the beginning. We corrected the discrepancies on the directories that Google uses to scan business's within the first week of you signing up for the service. Unfortunately when we update your business to these directories it can open the door to getting more soliciting calls. All that means is that we have done our job and corrected the information that is neccessary for Google to pick up your business properly. Once we correct the information we then have to wait for Google to scan your business which can take a bit longer depending on the amount of competition in your area.
