The product and service is excellent. I ended up investing in their product versus other brands and I feel very happy I did so. Customer service in particular won over my business. Thank you!

I needed fixtures by a certain date so I called and left a message for customer service to ensure the items were in stock and would be received by a certain date. Iris called by right away went above and beyond to ensure I received my brass pulls on time. Iris was very professional and courteous and my brass Demi Lunes are high quality & beautifully crafted. Highly recommend this company!

Everything about my purchase was great - ordering, delivery and OH - the product!!! My drawer pulls are beautiful and very well made. Wrapped in little individual soft bags, I felt like I was getting a piece of jewelry. And indeed they are! Inspire will be my first step for future hardware needs! Thank you!!
