I engaged with Tracy, for company to migrate my WordPress website to Shopify and unfortunately my experience has been very disappointing. The project was presented as a complete migration service. However, when the website was delivered, only part of my product range had been transferred. Many products, images, descriptions, categories, and other important information were missing or incomplete. The website was not ready to go live and required significant additional work. Before payment, I was advised that the migration would be handled for me. After payment, I was then told that I would need to complete many of the tasks myself using step-by-step instructions. This was not what I understood I was paying for, as I specifically hired a professional because I do not have website development or Shopify experience. Communication was also a major issue. Responses were often slow, concerns were not properly addressed, and when issues were raised, I felt they were dismissed rather than resolved. As a result, my website has been offline for approximately two weeks, affecting my ability to trade and potentially costing my business revenue. The company's website advertises a 30-day money-back guarantee. I have submitted multiple refund requests and, at the time of writing this review, I have not received a response regarding my refund request. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend that anyone considering this company carefully clarify exactly what work will be completed, what work you will be expected to do yourself, and what support will be provided after payment. Unfortunately, my experience has been frustrating, costly, and has left me with an incomplete website that still requires substantial work before it can go live.

I'd like to clarify a few points for future customers: Our primary business is designing and selling Shopify themes. The store setup service is simply an add-on for customers who purchase our themes; it is not a full-service website migration or custom development agency service. Even so, I did everything I could to help with your Shopify store. This included setting up the theme, transferring your website content and images where possible, providing instructions on migrating your products from your previous platform to Shopify, and after the products were imported, helping organize them into collections and categories so your store had a professional structure. By the end of the project, the remaining tasks were mainly Shopify account-specific items such as configuring payment providers and making a few minor adjustments. These are settings that only the store owner can complete because they require access to business and banking information. After our last communication, I didn't hear from you for some time. When you got back in touch, you requested a refund because you had decided that Shopify wasn't the right platform for your business. Our 30-day money-back guarantee is intended for customers who experience serious issues with our themes. In this case, the theme functioned correctly, and a significant amount of time and effort had already been invested in setting up your store and assisting throughout the migration process. I always do my best to support every customer and help them achieve a successful result. While I'm sorry that Shopify ultimately wasn't the right fit for your business, I don't believe this review accurately reflects the work and support that were provided throughout the project.
