Courtland is a good host
Courtland is a good host. Very inciteful. However there were a lot of redundant information. Change it up. More time in breakout sessions so that we can get feedback from our peers.

The music was a distraction for me
The music was a distraction for me! As a musician I understand the intent of music can be to enhance a situation or experience, but it should not overwhelm or shock someone... I would say about 60% was too hard metal-ish for me so I had to turn it down (like during breaks)

Thank you for your honest feedback. We’re glad you shared your perspective as a musician and we hear you on the balance of music in the experience. We’ll take this into consideration as we continue to refine the event so it supports everyone fully.

I Count
This brought my mind to focus on myself. I learned that I believe that I accepted my brother’s role of provider and middleman to hold my siblings accountable. It also revealed my trauma in relationships of providing not trusting them to do so.

Hello Lisa, Yes, you matter. I am so glad you were able to take the time to focus on yourself and learn new things about your family and relationships. Now that you have that awareness you can create new experiences. Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback.

Enthusiastic, Friendly, Helpful Team
The team members were all very friendly and helpful, full of enthusiasm that didn't seem to ebb. The event was very organized. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because of the sound system issues. I believe this could be improved.

Thank you, Barb, for the feedback! We are glad you enjoyed your experience and found the event well-organized. We pride ourselves on having an excellent setup for each event, and we are sorry to hear there were issues with our audio during your event. We check it before presenting for the day and need to know if it is our equipment or the convention center's systems. Still, technical difficulties happen occasionally, and we try to correct them quickly. This way, it has minimal impacts on you during the event when it does occur. We look forward to continuing to serve your growth!
