When I first downloaded the app, I noticed it could really use some improvements. I send them an email, explaining what the issues where. It was weekend, but I got a reply within the hour, and only a couple days later they had fixed the application and added the features I requested. I send them another mail with some other suggestions I had. They also addressed those and stayed in touch, notifying me when an update with an improvement was released. I wish more companies would deal so well with feedback!

Recently I’ve been working on a similar project, which looks like OneNote but using markdown and could be easily formatted, synchronized among devices, etc. , then I searched the Microsoft Store, and found inspire just provided everything I wanted. It's really fast and easy to use, much better than those apps built on JavaScript, and the only feature I wanted is i18n supported UI . Very impressive software 😃 , Good job ~~
