We used you for testing and had terrible tutor and terrible results. Her tutor never had her take a practice test until it was too late to pivot. The tutor never had her work practice questions until 3 weeks to test. We asked for help- and was told the tutor was there for help. Score didn’t improve- not one point, despite a whole summer of following the tutors teaching. We asked for further support and was told the tutor could help- tutor says wasn’t trained to do those strategies to help. We finally requested a different tutor- this tutor was horrified at the tutoring this teacher provided. She provided much better direction- but it was too late. Now, my daughter lost a whole year since she now needs college studying and appropriate effective tutoring. We asked for a refund and were told that we didn’t qualify- I guess I anticipated tutors were successful tutors for the cost. This tutor had no idea how to teach the right skills. I absolutely do not recommend these guys.
