Software did not work
We purchased spreadsheet server and it never correctly pulled through our GL data, couldn't get any assistance until our contract is coming up for renewal and they asked for us to extend another 3 years

Badly managed interview process
After doing 4/5 stages of test,calls and meeting. I had the final stage interview with the VP. After the call I was told I would get feedback within a few days. I received absolutely nothing from them. As a candidate this is unacceptable. I would look elsewhere when applying for roles
