Bert Swyers and his people did a great job helping us get our loan. Bert showed a real desire to help us even though our situation wasn't simple. He was very upfront and honest with us during the process and did a great job of keeping the process moving. He and I communicated regularly to keep the process on a timeline to get it done. The entire loan process and closing went without a hitch. The application was easy and straightforward. My preliminary acceptance was in just a few days I believe. The officer was pleasant and the follow up information and copies of paperwork were asked for in a polite manner. Very soon i had my preapproval letter which made it easier to find a house in my range and the owner knew I was a serious buyer. Once the offer was made and accepted, the closing date was actually moved up a week which was a very pleasant surprise. Insight loans could not have done better.
