Insight Loans was great, but Adam Kenny in particular was wonderful. He worked with me thru the kinks. He did not make promises till he was sure thing would work. He assured me thru the whole process. He cared, it was not just business. He heard my concerns, he listened to me. I also dealt with Farah also and she was very helpful and kept me informed. I would highly recommend insight loans.

I put in an application through Lending Tree, and thought pre-approval was a long shot for me. I got a call from Bert Swyers at Insight within minutes, and after running my application he seemed confident we'd have no problem getting me into the home of my dreams! Throughout the entire process, Bert and his team kept me informed, were upfront about the steps involved, and ultimately got me through the loan process seamlessly! He truly helped me fulfill a lifelong dream of owning my own home! I'm sitting here writing this review from my new home, and I couldn't be happier! Thanks for everything, Bert!

Worked with me every step of the way including when some of the roadblocks tried to get in the way. Their team is knowledgable , friendly, helpful, and all round fun to work with while trying to make it through the process of securing a loan. I would recommend them to anyone looking to find that great purchase.

Paul and Amber at Insight did an awesome job getting us our mortgage! They were straight forward and we didn't have a single surprise during the whole process! Can't say enough good things and that's coming from someone who is a little cynical about these processes! Thanks!

It was a very smooth process. Chelsea and Michelle made it very easy and relaxing for us. Everything from application to closing was great. I would recommend insight loans to anyone looking for a mortgage or refinance! Thanks for everything!

Steve Mitroka was fantastic to work with. He was extremely knowledgeable and shared that knowledge with me. As a first time homebuyer I had no idea what was needed. Steve guided me through the process and instructed me every step of the way. He worked to find the best option available for me. I was told by the realtor I should use a local lender to make the process easier. I had already talked to Steve and choose to stick with him. I'm so happy that I did! Overall it was a great experience! I would definitely recommend Insight and Steve to everyone looking to finance a new home. Thank you Steve Mitroka!!!!

Insight was the smoothest part of our home buying experience. They're patient, professional, and very fair. It didn't even seem like we were working with an out of town company. That's saying a lot down south. I would choose them again.
