Completely unprofessional. First I had a recruiter contact me about a position, 2 phone screens in the same day, then completely ghosted. Then, a different recruiter contacts me about a different job saying I’m a great fit, until he emails back saying I “have the experience but not the right aesthetic style so his Account Manager doesn’t want to meet me.” And now a third time, a different recruiter contacts me about the original first position for which I was ghosted. I take full responsibility for my resume/experience, but the unnecessary rejections HURT, and I’m concerned about a recruiting company that can’t fill a position in 4-months. Insight needs to work on its internal application process and their communication approach with candidates.

They are extraordinarily unresponsive (repeated experiences including today) and have a "don't call us, we'll call you" attitude after speaking to their corporate office. I'm a job seeker and depend highly upon the ability to contact recruiters to ask questions because they are usually the only point of contact. Being routinely locked out by this company is offensive and bad customer service.
