I feel truly fortunate to have worked with both Evan and Madison. Evan has supported me at every step, from our monthly check-ins to making sure the project was progressing well and checking if I faced any challenges. Whenever I had issues with paperwork, he always took the time and made an extra effort to help me. I really appreciate his guidance and support. Madison has been with me from the very beginning, from my onboarding to where I am today. I genuinely enjoy working with her and appreciate her constant support throughout this journey. I can honestly say that I’m lucky to have had both of them by my side, and I’m truly grateful for their guidance, encouragement, and support.

The most unprofessional and unethical people you will ever meet or work with. They are complete scumbags who will demand the impossible from you and constantly berate you for not getting what they want even when there’s nothing you can do to make it happen.

After my employment was unethically terminated, the company tried to fight unemployment but lost, then filed an appeal which was denied. This place is a pathetic joke. Shelby Burford is one of the worst people I've ever met. They solicit reviews from brand new employees who haven't experienced how bad it is yet, which is the only reason for the good reviews. It's a matter of time before everyone gets treated horribly and sees the problem.

I was hired by Insight Global to work for one of their clients, Colibri Group, as a sales representative. I was told that the position started out as a contract role, and after 3-6 months I would be promoted to a guaranteed full-time position. They even emphasized that if I do very well, I could be promoted even sooner (such as 30 days). I was very hesitant to take the position because I initially wanted a full-time position, but I was very convinced by my hirer, Alex Kroening and Emma Parks, that I would be able to reach the full-time position in no time, and even gave a recent example of an employee that had done so. I was really enjoying my job and position, and I was doing very well in hitting my target commissions. 2.5 months go by and my manager from my sales team announces that since "busy season" is almost over, they would have to let us go in LESS THAN A WEEK. She stated that "since we are contract employees, we are able to be let go whenever is necessary". I was confused, frantic, and extremely stressed. I went from having a stable paycheck and basically guaranteed a full-time position after the contract, to now JOBLESS with LESS THAN A WEEK'S NOTICE. I immediately went to my hirers, Alex Kroening and Emma Parks, and they immediately apologized and stated that they would do everything they can to find me another position. They also said they were completely unaware that the company was going to let us go as well, and admitted to this being their fault in misguiding me in saying that I would be guaranteed a full-time position after my contract ended. Alex Kroening gave me temporary reassurance by stating that he was in talks with several other employers from inside and outside of Colibri that were looking for employees, and that I could hopefully get a new position in no time. I kept following up with him, and he had nothing for me. Eventually, he stopped reaching out to me altogether. It all makes sense now... Insight Global and Colibri needed to quickly fill the temporary position for "busy season", so they lied to lure in employees just to discard them later... legally. If you want to work with a company or get staffed by an agency that will misguide you, give you false promises, rob you of your job, and do absolutely nothing about it afterwards... Insight Global is a perfect fit for that. I am extremely disappointed at how the whole situation was handled, and it quite literally turned my world upside down. It left me financially, mentally, and emotionally drained and stressed.

I had a phone interview with a guy called Edgar Escobar, and this guy was really impatient from the start, and his voice was really erratic. For Christ's sake, I am almost 40, and this guy was really impatient and very unethical, and I wasn't sure whether he was actually listening to my answers. How can one person can answer really quickly to a question, within one second? Better do it with a bot, then. I am really curious how this huge and great company keeps this kind of guy as a recruiter. Even start-ups do not behave that way, as this jerk did. Really disappointed. Better fire this guy, or else your company's reputation will fall to the bottom due to not being able to keep an employee in hand.
