deceptive and poorly managed company
Deceptive and poorly managed company. First, it's a job where you need to be fluent in English, but neither the mentors nor those who speak during the interview speak English correctly. Second, they didn't accept me initially because, despite my excellent English, I lacked creativity, and this was after a one-day presentation of the company and how it works; I hadn't even had any training yet. Because I needed the job, I insisted they give me an opportunity. I did the one-week training (theoretically it's two weeks, one theoretical and one practical, but it was only one, and it was only practical, there wasn't even any theory). Now, on my second official day of work, after they confirmed and evaluated my work and had me sign and send my documents, they say they don't want to proceed. While one person, Raissa, told me that Dionis didn't want to move forward, another, Carolina, and Lucy knew nothing about it.
