Super easy to use!

I really, really want to like InsideTracker, and I support what they're trying to do. However, I have been trying to reach out about getting a mobile blood draw scheduled for months now (I purchased in Sept 2021) and have heard nothing back even after attempting to reach their Support via call, email, and chat. I totally understand if wait times are higher, but it's been months and I haven't been able to get any help. I don't even care about the mobile blood draw at this point, I'd be happy to go to a lab, but there isn't an option online to switch. I just want to get the test done and get what I paid for!

InsideTracker is a great tool for tracking your progress and making sure you continue towards optimum health. My only wish is that they’re nutrition department could use the bloodwork analysis to then recommend a day to day menu plan rather than the misc. recipes and food items to improve the bad bio markers. I am now looking to a few doctor-wellness centers who do such analysis. Nevertheless, InsideTracker is very good in giving insight into one’s deficiencies, etc.

I love all the information that I gain from using InsideTracker! I’ve made changes to my diet and it’s great seeing if it’s working or not. The app is super informative and easy to use!!

InsideTracker provides such in-depth recommendations based on your biomarker results. I love how easy the test is and really value getting my biomarkers tested so I can better understand what is going on on the inside.

This is my first bad experience with inside tracker and it’s been very frustrating. I ordered my inside tracker test on June 9/10 and said I would be contacted within 5 days for a mobile blood draw then heard nothing. Followed up with 2 different emails and got nothing. Called the phone number and talked to a gentleman and he said it must have been overlooked and that someone would be contact me very shortly and yet still nothing.. this is very frustrating as I have training goals that I want to achieve and utilize the insights from my test results to help with training. I am getting to the point where I want my money back if I hear nothing…
