Customer support is super helpful and knowledgeable.

I love inside tracker, and would recommend them to most of my health conscious friends. However, their customer support is not up to grade, and I almost never get replies to my emails, I usually have to call.

So far it’s been good. I’ll have to see how they follow thur.

I was really excited about InsideTracker and gaining some great insights. I have to say I’m pretty disappointed. The process just to get test results was painful and long. They only use Quest for testing, so if you don’t have that in your area you’ll have to use mobile blood draw. It took almost one month from the date I ordered my test to the time my blood draw was completed. Then another two weeks for results to be posted. Six weeks is just way too long. Once I had results, it was a little underwhelming. First, I chose the more expensive Ultimate Plan to ensure I had testosterone testing included. When my results were posted, however, this wasn’t included because of “instability” of my sample. Maybe that’s because they took way too long to analyze it? The balance of the results were fine, but didn’t provide any deep insights in my opinion. I guess my expectations were out of whack — it is, after all, just a blood test. Final comment is on customer service. Response times are ridiculously long. I finally did receive a partial refund for my lack of T results. The rep was civil, not at all apologetic, and really didn’t seem to care. So all in all, I don’t think this is a good use of money and I won’t be ordering additional tests.

Super disappointed! I can’t believe that I have paid $500 for this! It’s basically the same blood test that I do yearly with my doctor (covered by insurance!). They copy an explanation what your levels means from “my quest” and then tell you what food and supplements you can eat and take to improve it. Everyone can do quick google search to see what supplements or food is good for specific deficiency. Don’t waste your money people ! This is total scam.

twice i have purchased this product and both times was told i would receive my lab slip within 48 hrs. Both times i did not and had to reach to support to receive them. UPDATE. (Initially gave this one star) Support reached out to me directly and fixed my issue. Thank you.

I have had a great experience with Inside tracker. They have a great system of streaming your blood results to a plan. They use articles to back up their information and I’m the app the information is presented clear and concise!
