Missing Book and Courses After Purchase
I hope this message finds you well. I recently purchased a book from your website, which was supposed to come with two additional courses included. However, I have not received any emails with the book or the courses. Could you please look into this and provide assistance? I would appreciate it if you could send me the details of my purchase and ensure that I receive the book and courses as promised. Thank you in advance for your help. I look forward to your prompt response.

Thank you for reaching out and for bringing this to our attention. I checked our system, and it appears that the email with your book and course details may not have gone through because your inbox might be full or unable to receive new messages at the moment. I recommend clearing some space in your inbox or providing an alternate email address so we can resend your order details and access information right away. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding, and we’ll make sure you receive everything included in your purchase as soon as possible.
