Insense has been a huge waste of money. The quality of the creators is low overall and it doesn't suit our business. The creators are cereal UGC creators who spam out similar looking content and we can't really find any unique creators etc. I asked for a refund immediately after signing up and realising the platform wasn't for us. They refused. I would not recommend using Insense if you have a specific brand/creator personality as most are just cookie cutter creators.

I paid for a 3-month subscription, spending $1,500, and had nothing to show for it(NO WORK AT ALL). Products were sent out to creators, but some never received them, and others were completely unresponsive. The platform provided no communication or support to resolve these issues to compensate. Creator also said they were blocked from the APP!! Even worse, as your subscription time runs out by waiting, they offer no compensation or accountability for undelivered work and time being wasted. Essentially, you’re paying a premium to wait for nothing. SHOCKING! This platform is untrustworthy—be very careful before investing your time and money here!

Terrible, not many good campaigns, not many good brands, they offer low pay, support takes a week to answer. don't reccommend it

It's useless, not enough creators, I told them to cancel my subscription after the auto-renew and they ignored my emails until they could apply the refund policy to refuse the refund.

I tried creating a profile but wouldn't work in any way. I saw it on a video on tiktok where a creator was recommending it. I wouldnt.

Stay away!! I was told by their sales rep on the sales call that I could test the platform out, and If I'm not happy they have a money back guarantee so I shouldn't worry. Tested it out, wasn't happy with the quality & quantity (super low) of talent that signed up to create content for me, so I said I was unhappy and wanted to get my money back since I haven't used their service and haven't gotten any value. I was told by the sales rep "We do NOT offer a refund", and told me that I can pause the subscription and resume any time. Fraud, horrible service, horrible product, making money by lying to customers & forcing contracts onto them. Don't make this mistake.
