The shipping very expensive, need time customer shipping is not included!!!!

When I ordered these cables. I never saw anything about out of stock. I waited a few days and checked my order and was then told they were 2 weeks backorder. Someone could have followed up and said something. They had all my info to reach me. When I got the cables they were to long for my lift. I wasn't sending back. So I made them work.

gave me the wrong tracking number cost me a extra 69.00 for a duty fee because of it. have not been able to get a refund from canadian ups just a run round

I love your products and often order them, but your website does not say whether they’re in stock or not. Therefore, I have items on back order for weeks if not months.

It took forever to get item ordered. Of course the whole time i was looking at and ordering item it never showed item out of stock. But low and behold the minute they have your payment it pops up item out of stock! Also the phone number on website is non-functioning it hangsup as soon as it answers! The only reason i didnt give it a 1 star is i did finally receive the item.

Product fit great. price was great. communication was horrible. it took 7 weeks to get my items and every time I contacted them it took days for a reply and it was always "we are waiting to hear from shipping".
