Cost and friendly service

Good pricing and speedy service

Great price. Fast quick shipping.

Timely and as advertised

The item ordered came fast ... it was exactly what I needed ... their resource materials and diagrams were extremely helpful in identifying what I needed although a little better communication would have been helpful ... an inquiry requesting some detailed info about the item never was answered ... I took a risk and ended up ordering it anyway ... and breathed a sigh of relief when I could compare it with my old one. Better communication would have resolved my hesitation and anxiety while waiting for the shipment to arrive.

Great Service, Great Parts, Great Price, But need to update service on invoicing to be printer friendly and track past and present orders since everything is web based

Customer service was great. The sales people went above and beyond

The parts all fit perfect and the shipping was super fast.
