Please ladies do your due diligence, I wish I had taken my own advice. The dresses look wonderful on site”right “ they are not they are cheap looking and items are missing for example I purchased a white dress with a big bow in the back, bow is missing and the dress is so thin you see the color underwear you are wearing and your bra, if that’s the look you want then be my guess. The dress was for an event at church and definitely not the look I wanted. Also I can not get an address to return the item after numerous requests trough emails to do so. This store is a scam the only difference with some scams is that you may not get anything in return, with this company you do get something just not what” You Wanted “

I received my order, later than expected. The low rise jeans were not low cut ( as shown in picture & in the explanation of item) , and a sweater that I purchased in size 2x was way too small ( I even ordered it 2 sizes bigger than I normally wear). I also am disappointed that every email I have sent to support/ customer service have all been returned as fixbounced or rejected.

The one star is because I have to choose at least one star to write a review. This place is AWFUL I have not received my item, one skirt, and it’s been 6 weeks they keep sending fake tracking numbers, blaming covid. I’m pretty sure everyone is experiencing the hardships of Covid yet all of my other online orders get here in ample time. DO NOT WAIST YOUR MONEY! UPDATE: Almost two months later, after filing a claim through my bank I did receive my item. I actually really loved the skirt so I changed my review to 2 stars ONLY for the item itself it’s just too bad the shipping was awful and I had to go though so much just to get it.

Loved the dress and bathing suit I ordered for my daughter, however I paid $14.95 for 3-5 day shipping since she wanted the items for a Vegas trip and did not receive the items until 3 weeks after my order. My tracking number never worked, I did receive one after I called their customer service line. My earlier email did not receive a response. I am trying to return the items, only because they are the wrong size and am waiting for a response since I can't locate the "return portal" you are directed to utilize to initiate a return per the INS website. Just very disappointed, the clothes and prizes are great.

We ordered 2 adorable prom dresses that were delivered in decent time, fostering or is from over seas. The sizes were both of and about 2-3 sizes to small. I emailed about returning them and we were already at the 28 day return window. So now we are stuck with 2 dresses that reek of fish! OMG, they smell like a bait store. 😳
