It took almost a month to receive a pair of jeans that I ordered, I sent numerous emails to the company inquiring what was taking so long. When they finally arrived, they were gigantic. When I tried to return them I was told - are you ready? - I have to pay for the return and they would only give me store credit because it was after the alloted return time. II want nothing to do with this company ever again. I have set up a dispute on my credit card.

Order arrived late. None of the items as pictured.Poor quality.Horrible CS. Tried to initiate return the same day, but return portal a scam..keeps on giving error. sent multiple emails to CS.No response! Stuck with $100 worth of useless, cheap, poorly made!

This company has no customer service. I've been trying to return a coat for a month. They closed my return portal immediately and I've left at least 15 emails. The so-called customer service number immediately hangs up when called. I'm filing a complaint with the correct entities, but want everyone that sees this, to NOT BUY ANYTHING from this place

Zero stars. I wish I had checked this website first. The quality of the items I ordered was nothing like what was presented on the site. I’ve called the number on the site several times and there’s just a voicemail when you call. The email provided bounces back. I need a return label (for this subpar clothing) which I’ll probably never get.Hopefully I can get some help and recovery through my credit card company. It’s a scam company.

If I could give no stars I would. Poor quality of clothing. I ordered on December 1 didn’t receive it until December 27th but it said 6-8 days shipping. I did not receive my full order and I received a second package that I did not order? I wish I would have read the reviews on this company before ordering.

it was a joke...that cost me money. Women's Sets Anchor Print V-Neck Long Sleeve T-Shirt & Trousers Two-Piece Suit ad shows a MUCH heavier material, you could not wear this set outside, completely see through..... it might make a cute lounge set. sizing was completely wrong. FALSE ADVERTISING!

I cant get in touch with any one to request a return label. The website has changed since I ordered two jackets at different times (same jacket, different sizes). They are both too small for my niece. She managed to talk to someone at one point. They said they would call her back, but have not. Don't order from this company. If it doesn't fit, your up the creek.
