Ordered a dress and paid extra for expedited shipping. I was supposed to receive it in four days. It’s been TWO WEEKS!! They have sent me two tracking numbers that has ZERO information. Now I’m no longer receiving any information at all!! No contact number. No customer service! I should have known this site was a SCAM when they contacted me through Whats App. DO NOT order from this site. Its a RIP OFF!!!! They are CROOKS! You’ve been warned!

Stay away from this website. THERE IS NO RETURN POLICY!!!. Long story short, there is no customer service or return policy, no tracking information and no way to return anything.

I purchased a dress off of this sight. When i went to track the package it told me that my order ID did not exist. Very disappointed and I no longer have a homecoming dress. Do not recommend, this is a scam

Day 24 shipping information says No Shippments or orders found 24 emails and phone calls later nothing. 24 days il never get back refund my money or give me some answers .pathetic

MOST HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED! I purchased a denim shirt that did not fit. The day I received it I looked up how to return it. The website says easy returns. I wrote for return authorization with my order number that same day. I got no reply. I continued to write each day for 5 days.... NO REPLY! However, I continued to get emails from INS each day with more advertising to purchase merchandise. So, one day I wrote back to the advertising email I received and told them I had tried numerous times to request a return authorization and gave them my order number and info to which they replied...."If you return it without authorization we will not accept it." I told them I was trying to do it as per the websites instructions, but had not received a reply numerous times. I GOT NO REPLY!!!

Absolutely terrible quality garments and not as advertised. Everything is poorly made, cheap polyester and poorly cut. Not at all as advertised. I have asked for return instructions. Don't waste your money or time

Really I rather pick no stars if that was possible. I ordered items and paid for rush delivery for vacation. I never got a tracking number, I emailed them and was told the system is done a tracking number will be sent. Now it’s been 13 days I went on vacation and came back still no order. They emailed me and said my items was shipped but still no shipping number. They stopped responding to my email and I still do not have a tracking number. I think this place is a scam. The customer service number is a local number and they offer a toll free number that just disconnects when you call. I am out of clothes and money.

I would give it fewer stars if I could. I should have learned my lesson because every other piece of clothing I’ve bought off of Facebook, Instagram, or through Pinterest has turned out to be crap. The sizes are off, the colors are off, some items didn’t look like the exact same style as in the picture, a couple of items stunk with some toxic chemical that had an oily feel, burned my sinuses and made me dizzy, and don’t get me started on the so-called “customer service.” In order for something to be returned, it had to be unworn and unwashed. *How are we supposed to tell if it fits if we don’t try it on??* If it’s too small or too tight in one area it can stretch out, becoming unreturnable. The items are supposed to be unwashed, but rather than go through the hassle of returning something to another country when the smell might simply wash out, I tried washing it. Repeatedly. On cold, on hot, with vinegar, after soaking in baking soda — nothing worked. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
