Bad customer service. No customer portal. Looks like a bad business. Stay away. Started their program beginning of April (4/8) 2025, now it's end of May (5/30) 2025. 1. Lack of communications 2. No refund policy 3. No customer portal to track progress Red Flags everywhere

They were horrible. Deleted nothing. Wasted my time. Called and emailed several times after 2 months. They ignored my calls and then when they finally responded I told them I was done working with them. Don't waste your money On 3/27/25 - received a response from company regarding my review. Do they actually think I will ever trust their company when I called them over 5 times and sent emails much more than five only to be ignored. I went to YouTube and learned how to remove my inquiries. I had 12 to 14 over my three credit bureaus....I now have 3. Zero on one bureau, 1 on the other and 2 on the third. It's horrible to even say it's hit or miss. It was NOT hit or miss when you got ZERO results and I was able to get 85 to 90 percent removed. As I shared before folks, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME, ENERGY OR MONEY!!!!!
