I wish I had checked this company out prior to buying from them. Order placed in July and still hasn't arrived. Customer service only via email and refusing to refund the money. Another victim of the scammers

Placed my order in July, the shipping information had been made up by Roald Dahl. Over a week ago I was told it was in Cambridge with a fictitious postcode. Do NOt buy from these people, they are out to get your money.Scammers!!!!!!

Update …. After 6 weeks waiting for my order I could only laugh when I received the jeans today! If I didn’t laugh I’d cry!!! The legs are not the same length, nor are cut straight and there is no hole for the button! Sizing is seriously off and way too big - honestly it’s like a child has made them - actually thinking about it, they probably have!! Shameful company - please do not waste your money!!’ Oh dear … looks like I’ve also fallen victim to this scam company! 2nd August ordered/paid and still no sign of a delivery! Constant excuses on email, ‘give it a few days for the system to update, don’t worry’ etc etc - almost a month later and nothing. PayPal dispute raised 🙄

I ordered some swim socks (BOGOF). Took nearly a month to get here, fair enough. The items look nothing like the product advertised. The advertised socks had a thick rubber sole, these ones have small dots on the sole! They are so slippy, I'll break my neck if I wear them! One pair has a hole in the toe too. Thankfully I only paid £13, which I'll mark down as a loss. Reading these reviews, I won't bother wasting my time trying to return/get a refund.

Absolute total scam artists!!!! When my dress arrived, eventually, it did not fit correctly, so I started the returns process. Only to repeatedly be told “we sent you what you asked for..” Still arguing daily via email, 2wks on, and so far they’ve said they’ll “let me” keep the dress & give me £4 GBP back😡😡 I’ve reported to PayPal etc and hopefully I’ll get my money back that way. But avoid at all cost!!! Any reviews praising this company must be bots or fakes. Especially on FB where the item was heavily advertised!

Awful company, avoid at all costs. Saying items have shipped when the clearly haven’t. Asked for a refund and continually told the item is on its way. AVOID! Total scam!

Wish I had read the reviews before ordering! Have contacted their email address 3 times as want to return the items they don’t fit. No reply. Also took 4 weeks to arrive! Waste of £33 wouldn’t use again
