Placed an order May 24, received a tracking number which looked totally legitimate. Order was coming from ITALY! That is a new one...beware if you see this. As of July 10th no items received. Customer service has now given me another tracking number that the items shipped from China however the tracking number shows somebody's items were deliver DECEMBER 8th! You can't make this stuff up! They could have at least used a tracking number with a current delivery date AFTER my order was placed! They have not addressed my request for a refund. I filed a claim with my credit card company & reported to Paypal. Site looks legit but it is 100% a scam. The good reviews have to be fake!

I ordered Pedal Resistance Bands. They never came but I was told they were delivered. Now I am trying to get a refund as I paid for them with Paypal. Stay away from this company.

I ordered a copper rain catcher on 15 June. The payment went straight out of my account but I subsequently received no confirmation of my order and all has been silent since. From other reviews I fear there is very little chance of getting my money back, or indeed of the goods being delivered, The only evidence of this transaction is the money that left my account almost as soon as I placed the order. Needless to say the goods have not arrived. Had I checked the abysmal Trust Pilot ratings and comments I would have steered well clear of this company. But I failed to do so and now believe I have been well and truly scammed. I have learned a salutary lesson and feel lucky it was “only” £26.

This company is a scam! Product was ordered but never delivered. Beware!

I ordered an item in November 2025. I should have read the reviews beforehand. My parcel never arrived. Website and parcel tracker looks very professional. I was permanently fobbed off by their emails. It’s obviously a SCAM…one of life’s lessons.

Would give 0zero if I could. 8weeks waiting for an order that was supposed to take 5-7days. Nothing but bullshit excuses and fake tracking numbers. Definitely a scam company avoid like the plague.

Ordered a valentine flower card on Jan 9th. It arrived on the 4th April. Very poor quality and after travelling from the US to Belfast and then to the mainland it was bent and battered. Tracking information showed it out for delivery in the UK on 2nd Feb. 61 days to arrive once in the UK. At least my wife thought it was funny!

Another 3 weeks have passed since my last reminder to this company they have not delivered my order which was originally placed 3 months ago. Poor show Avoid purchasing because they simply take your money and don’t deliver and send platitudes. Avoid ! Regards Simon
