Item was dispatched but not received. Last tracking update was 24th October (now 15th November). Inpoetryme won't issue a refund and have simply stated its not their problem as it left their warehouse okay. Charlatans.

Terrible company! I ordered via a link on a video advertising a product. This was not a cheap item but when arrived was extremely bad quality and nothing like the item advertised. When I tried to contact customer services to request a refund I was told I could have a £6 refund. I paid £40. When I told them this was not acceptable and that I would return the item for a full refund they told me it was too expensive to return and they will send me £10 instead. The item is unusable. The colour blanket was terrible material not fit for colouring like the one advertised. I also paid an extra £15 for colours and they sent highlighters that have “for use on paper” written on the side of the product. When I told the company this they ignored me and again offered me £10. I have lost £30 and left with a crappy unusable product. AVOID THIS WEBSITE AT ALL COSTS.

If I could register zero stars I would. Ordered friendship heart for friend’s birthday at beginning September & have still received nothing. Have contacted company several times & just been told please be patient. Total scam of a company, do not buy from them!

Would love to give a zero starts! Ordered jeans and they do not fit, now refusing a refund even though their policy states they give one!! Speaking to Ombudsman at the moment.... DO NOT order from them!

I purchased a gift for my child and it never arrived. The website then disappeared.

I got an Instagram advert for pop quiz cards. Ordered them and they’re shocking! Duplicates, typos, completely irrelevant answers to questions. I took a gamble as the site looked dodgy af and tbh we’re having fun laughing at the ridiculous typos on it. But yeah, avoid.

Avoid like the plaque. Items not aa listed. Total rip off.

As a disappointed customer, I would like to say that this website is woefully unreliable. It took a long time to receive the full order but what finally arrived was not at all like the advertised picture. The quality of the full is very poor.
