I would put zero if I could. Payment info wasn’t visible on receipt email, tracking info was vague, and a month on and I still haven’t received my order 🙁. Awful service.

I'd give no stars if possible!! Order a 3D highland cow plaque, took from 15th November 2025 till 9th December to get here and it was just a cheap looking painted hardwood plaque, absolutely rubbish!! The cost was £9.99 plus £2.99 p&p but they charged £16.23 having adding on £3.25:vat!!!! I complained and they refunded the £3.25. Tracking was rubbish, couldn't get on to it and the advert didn't say it was sent from outside UK!!

Ordered 2 pairs of socks nearly 3 months ago still haven't received . Have been told to wait until I receive the items for a refund . By this rate they land in 2027 . Do not buy off here absolute scammers

Placed an order 2 months ago still not received. Have asked for a refund on multiple occasions. Have been told items have been shipped but tracking number provided is completely fake. I am without my items and the company refusing to refund my money.

0 stars if possible! Ordered an item and they immediately over charged me. Emailed them 7 minutes after placing the order and was told it was already in the process of being shipped which I disputed. Said they would credit the overcharge which was never received. Was advised to wait for item. Then contacted them to ask how to return and sent them the information they requested. Then offered me £4 refund when I had been charged £25! Do not use!!!

This is such a shambolic organisation. The product is of laughable quality. In fact the game was spitting the grammatical and spelling errors on the cards. Request to return faulty goods (unfit for purpose) is met with an offer of £4 off. It’s as if it’s fun by a child with a printer. Genuinely laughable . DO NOT BUY! I am sure my 13 year old could Do a better job with chat gpt and some card!

Order for a friendship Ornament...poor quality....message rubbed off..customer service shocking...won't refund. Offered me £3 compensation for £14.00 Ornament. Say another in the post...19 days later and still chasing...total scam.
