Innovet Pet has earned my trust. I recently ordered CBD oil for my dog but accidentally placed the order for pick up instead of delivery. (I live in another state!) To complicate matters, I had also started a subscription for repeat in-store pickup orders. I emailed and received help immediately. Ben changed my order to delivery and was able to cancel the ongoing subscription. I am impressed!

I received a $90 CBD oil for my dogs and my hands turned completely blue from the bottle or label and were died blue for over two days. This company uses AI responses, their customer service number won't pick up with a full mailbox, and they couldn't give me an answer on what kind of ink died my hands blue/green. And they told me to discontinue bottle if I was concerned and buy a new one. I asked for a credit and they told me they would give me 25% off. Absurd, this is an AI company and the stories they sell are hard to believe.
