Bought a garden figurine from them through . Arrived with no assembly instructions. Could not find the item on their website at all after purchase to see if there are instructions. Emailed them - they responded that they are busy but will reply in 24 - 48 hours. This was SEVEN days ago - still no response.

Still waiting after 3 weeks. This is a China Instagram marketing company. We will see if we have to dispute charges
