While Innovative Partners strives to deliver meaningful experiences to every one of our consumers please note that as with any health benefit plan the claims adjudication process can be rather extensive and requires multiple checks and balances to ensure claims are paid in a complaint manner. We have spoken directly to your provider as recently as 4/11/2024. We will attempt to expedite the claims process and your matter as much as we can. Hi Thomas, We are terribly sorry to hear of your husband's condition and we regret to hear that you've had a negative experience with us. While Innovative Partners strives to deliver meaningful experiences to every one of our consumers please note that as with any health benefit plan there are waiting periods, limitations and exclusions that may effect your claims/coverage. We see that the plan you enrolled in was on 3/19/2024 but there are no records of claims, attempted claim submissions or any other request for coverage. The plan does provide for network benefits and discounts including prescription discount benefits.
