Not what I ordered and came in plastic bag not a box as advertised. Really basic instructions which would be hard to follow. Wrong item delivered, will be asking for a refund

Bought a supposedly hot wheels limited edition 50 years millenium falcon which was advertised on social media. Advertisement showed it with glowing exhaust ports, metallic looking and in a hot wheels blister pack, cost in USD about $15. On arrival it was in a small cardboard box, no illumination on it, no blister pack and it is just a cheap plastic piece of rubbish probably made in China. RIP off, do not purchase from these, you have been warned.

The unit isnt fit for UK use. It's no use

My plug arrived damaged and I can’t find an email address or address to return it

This can only be described as theft. DO NOT USE. TAKE MORE FROM ACCOUNT THEN INVOICE SHOWS. AT THIS STAGE ONLY £5 MORE THAN THEY SHOULD HAVE TAKEN BUT IF THEY DO THIS FROM EVERY CUSTOMER!!!!!!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY I ordered a f-kaw-f t-shirt on April the 17th 2026. The delivery is between 20 and 30 days it is now the 2nd of of June. The ad didn't say it was coming from America but payment was in pounds and using the slowest postal service in the world which is the USPS. When I think about that t-shirt and I thought it was be funny it's not funny anymore. Complete waste of money although I wouldn't be the first person to be scammed on this stupid rock especially people from Seattle. Sometimes I wish if money was no object I'd do something about your shit company, shame you don't have any shares which makes it difficult closing your company down, never mind. STEER CLEAR!
