Delivery was quick, great job. The products are not as advertised. The hat was crushed into a mailing bag, so is now difficult to get it back into shape. The coin looks like a sticker put onto a metal coin shape. It is not embossed 3D as in the adverts. Very disappointed.

Sadly one pair of glasses has a chipped lenses, otherwise they seem ok.

I liked the guitar shaped bottle but I was disappointed that it was empty . The add mentioned the amber liquid which I thought was Jack Daniels whisky only to receive an empty bottle and for £31 with postage I thought was expensive , when I have to by the drink to fill it. A very misleading advert.aprox

The order took way too long to arrive, nearly a month to get here. I bought these as a gift for someone but by the time I got them the occasion he’d come & gone !! The box they came in had crushed the card inside the package which ruined the surprise. On a positive note she was happy with the gifts thankfully.

Ordered 2 of these … 1 was fine but the other would not seal properly and leaked water out so never got a ice “ball”

I’m pretty disappointed with the end product, although I maybe set a higher expectation based on the pictures. But I’m sure my grandsons will be 😃

First of all cannot fault the communication with tracking my order it was 1st class 👏👏.But when finally received my item it was nothing like to what was shown/ advertised and secondly my original hose is just as powerful without investing in buying something which was supposed be better than your average garden hose and looks very poorly made..😒😒 Was so looking forward for it then sadly dissatisfied and disappointed, hopefully when advertising in future please send what you are promoting and not something cheaply made 😢 😕 Yours Sincerely Mr G Storrie

Size of bowls much smaller than appeared on the photo. Seems quite sturdy but not used by the birds yet. Was anxious about whether or not they would arrive but they did and within the dates originally given.
